A simple carbohydrate is a form of glucose that can be used by our body for the immediate use. It doesn't need to break down.It is the simple form of sweet that can be found in the fruits, sugar, some rice grains.
A complex carbohydrate is a form of starch that is made in the form of simple carbohydrate all in together which is normally found in many plant products like oats, sweet potatoes, wheat, brown rice etc.They cant be directly absorbed into the bloodstream.They have to be broken down into different individual molecules to go into, our bloodstream which makes the energy to release slowly.

Fats are also one of the important requirement of our body for different vitamins and energy. We all know where does it come from most of the foods these days contain fat it can be from animal meat to processed food.Basically,

Unsaturated fats are normally cool in nature such as vegetable oils, olive oils etc.These sort of fats are really useful to our body for different vitamins.They are thought to be healthier than the saturated fats and is also recommended to all people. Normally these kinds of unsaturated fats are little it costly than the saturated fats.
Fiber
Fiber is very essential to our body for the smooth running of the metabolism i.e. it is very essential in our body for the digestion of the food. It is found in the naturally grown veggies, fruits, and different grains. Every human being should consume fiber every day in order to function the smooth metabolism.
