Is it worth it?
Yes, this is the most important realization that should come in peoples mind that is it really worth it with the amount you are paying? Am I really getting some benefits besides temporary taste and hunger satisfaction? Is there any proper nutrition included in it so that I can get some benefit out of it? This are the major points that people should think before spending even a single penny in the fast food chain or in the junk food.
What are the nutrition involved in it and how is it made up of?
People are normally aware about how it is made up of. Aware in the sense that, people have a little-bit of a rough idea that most of the things are deep fried, but what they don’t realize is what effect does deep fried item brings upon us, again here they will have a scratch idea that deep fried things brings fat to our body. But that is not true, it brings a lot of negative effects more than a fat like increase in cholesterol level, carbohydrate, makes our bones weaker due to the effect of different additives.
So basically you can assume that these fast food chain and junk food chain has only 5% of nutrition to contribute for our body sometimes its less than that. So people should be spending more money on the nutrition rich food which are worth it and try to change their eating habits by less prioritizing the taste.
